Open project with missing plug-in

I've downloaded the Java SE bundle and tried to open a simple Web project. The only information I get is "<unrecognized project; missing plug-in?>" in the Project Name box. It doesn't say which plugin do I need to install. The best solution would be a suggestion to automatically install missing plugins, so I don't have to find it out by myself.
