Suggest to either
a) create bin/associate.bat file, which performs this 
action and has a sufficient description of what it is 
doing inside (e.g. ask the user "Do you want to 
associate .java files with NB? [Y]es/No)
b) create a -associate command-line parametr to runide.exe
