This bug got overlooked because reported on wrong product. This has nothing to do with GUI builder. If you don't know please use 'ide' or 'editor' category.

But anyway, this report is too general. For a bug like this we would need more specific information about your setup, project, exact steps to reproduce, possibly a self-profiling snapshot of the operation, etc. If reported properly, the responsive developer will ask for additional information. Thanks.
