After upgrading from NetBeans 7 to NetBeans 8, the new version of NetBeans fails to copy dependent libraries from other projects to directory project/dist/lib. The checkbox "Copy Dependent Libraries" in Project_properties->Packaging is set to "true".

Works fine in the dev builds.
Please attach Ant verbose output of the project build.
