When resizing the options dialog, group buttons in the top row become invisible. For an arbitrary number of groups an arbitrary large screen would be necessary. They whole row should be accessible with scroll buttons (left and right) or the row should become a multi-line row (the latter would look strange though because then the options dialog would have tab panels for each group inside of a tab panel for the groups).
