If the user creates a Cordova project and adds a third party plugin to the nbproject/plugins.properties file for example the following line: # Additional plugins com.phonegap.plugins.PushPlugin=https://github.com/phonegap-build/PushPlugin.git Then rebuild project for Android / iOS. Going back to the Cordova Plugins tab there should be an item from the third party plugin config.xml file or com.phonegap.plugins.PushPlugin line read from the plugins.properties file present in the 'Selected' list on the right hand side. Additionally the 'Available' list on the left hand should not contain items that are present in 'Selected' list.
