With a large text size, the introductory text at the top of the window
"Welcome to the NetBeans IDE Plugin Installer"
is initially clipped, even if there is plenty of space in the window for it to be displayed.
When the window is horizontally resized by the user, the text adjusts so that it is no longer clipped.
