This bug is created as addition of bug 23847.

When user delete servlet breakpoint, jsp breakpoints don't 
removed. It's correctly displayed in jsp file. And when 
user start debugging process debugger do not stops on this 
breakpoint. It may confuse user.
Debugger should disable or delete jsp breakpoint.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
