It's reproducible on Solaris and Win2000.

Fixed. There is problem with classloader under 1.3. Buttons replaced
by links and hyperlink activated event used to perfom actions.

but new one arise see issue 24334

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
