The files in modules/ext
1)  jira-rest-java-client-1.1-ide-m06.jar
2)  jira-rest-java-client-1.1-m02.jar
just seem to be different versions of the same lib. Only #1 is actually used. The setup is also strange in that #1 is included in the NBM and #2 is downloaded from Maven. Looks like the upgrade was not done correctly in the past.

Integrated into 'releases/release80', will be available in build *201402202300* or newer. Wait for official and publicly available build.
