Description pringles90 2014-02-19 18:12:08 UTC
At a certain undefined point in the execution the following error message is being reported "/home/andrei/.netbeans/7.4/config/Preferences/org/netbeans/modules/uihandler.properties is read-only". A infinite number of popups appear on the screen unable to close them or do anything else. The OS becomes stuck and the ultimate solution is to restart the system. Upon restarting the system, Ubuntu 12.04 reports that is unable to load the file system.

This happens on Ubuntu 12.04.

Looks like a general Ubuntu filesystem problem.

For more information about NetBeans failure, attach the log

"Looks like a general Ubuntu filesystem problem." -> You might be right, but this occurred 3-4 times so far and every time it happened, I was using Netbeans.
It's not possible to attach the log file because gui freezes. Everything is getting stuck. Last time I was lucky enough to get the error message displayed so I can post it here.

Again, crashed my filesystem. Again, while using Netbeans.

I've been using Eclipse for past few weeks and the problem didn't come up so far neither with linux or with my machine. It has to do with Netbeans. Hopefully I will have a log file for you soon.
