It would be helpful to see a progress bar on the 'Unpacking Index' task that is running I would be nice to see how many files in % are left to be indexed.... the maven-indexer doesn't provide such information AFAIK.
Well I was just thinking, when the indexer is running, then you can see all the files that are being indexed.... and you probably could also figure out how many files in the index, since that's what it is downloading... Then you only would need to count them...
This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue. Thanks for your cooperation, NetBeans IDE 8.2 Release Boss
