XML editor jumps horizontally when you type something and horizontal scroll bar is moved previously. To reproduce:

- create AnagrameGame sample project
- go to Files view
- open build.xml
- shrink editor window to make horizontal scroll bar to appear
- scroll to the right
- type one letter into description tag and wait for 3 seconds
- scroll bar is automatically moved back to the left that cursor is at the end of visible area

This is most probably a duplicate of issue #242743, pls. verify the behaviour
