GlassFish Server Dosn't start up, asks for admin password

I have failed to understand why Glassfish server 4 doesn't starts. Its always show the following error

Please describe how did you registered GF. Also as mentioned in the message provide the server log. Are you able to start GF from console? Thanks in advance.
