Thread dump of Netbeans crashed

Netbeans 7.4 patch 2 full extras.
Start NetBeans, everything good. No project open. Try to access any feature such as tools-plugins. Close dialog, Netbeans is crashed. Problem easy to reproduce on project open, deploy. Just do something that forces opening another window, such as update tool on glass fish. Bam, crashed again. Unusable. Need to use Cmd+alt+esc and quit. Restart, same thing.
Tried reinstalling NetBeans. Reinstall Java, even 7u60.
Was working more or less ok with 10.9. Some issues due to retina display.
Machine is a Retina 13" first generation, Core i5 2.5GHz, Intel 4000 768MB graphics card. No other program exhibits this behavior.
On deployment on Glassfish server, Web application from tutorial (hello1) application runs, Netbeans crashes.

Working now.
After some fixing in Onyx for OS X Netbeans is ok.
