Thread Dump

When deleting any project file the application hangs (beach ball of death) and must be killed. Sometimes happens when doing refactors, and can happens about 80% of the time when deleting a file (seems to be randomly inconsistent).

I've tried disabling plugins to see if it might be a plugin issue (jVi is buggy sometimes) but the issue seems to crop up regardless of settings/plugins.

I've attached a thread dump and a copy of messages.log, I'm currently running OSX Mavericks on a 2013 MacbookPro, Java 7 Update 45.
