Hello guys! I works in one of telecom operators in Ukrain on web developer branch of company. The Netbeans is a very good & neccessary tool, for our team it's the main IDE which we use, but we have one problem with it. We can't use Netbeans IDE newer than 7.1.2 version, because FTP access unworkable in newer versions. It's oddly but we culdn't find information about this problem solution in web or another sources, thats why I ask you for solution of this trouble.

IDE: NETBEANS 7.4
JAVA ENV.: JRE 7
OS: UBUNTU 13.04, 13.10, 10.04, WINDOWS 7

Unfortunately, there is no information we can use to identify the problem. What are the exact steps? What is the expected and actual result? Is FTP support broken for all remote servers or just some of them? Also, always attach your IDE log so we can have a look at it.

Hello! Now I can tell some info about problem I told later.

Our company uses a proxy server which works with PROXY IP and port 3128
I was configure netbeans with this settings, and also tell to netbeans that it must not use this settings for all addresses in our local network (pic1). When I try to configure ftp access to remote server on our local network i see the message (pic2) during few minutes. This situation is repeated every time when netbeans try to use ftp connection, and it's no matter what you do in this time, trying to configure ftp or already use it.
Unfortunately? but I can't find any log files You tell me later please tel where they are.

P.S.
I'm sorry, but I can't get You real IP addresses and other confidential information, but I can ensure to You that all configurations write down in proper way.

it's actual for 7.4 , 7.1.2 for example works properly with the same settings
