Steps to reproduce:
1. Open boost project (I used boost 54)
2. While parsing exit from IDE
3. IDE shows two dialogs "closing native projects..." and "Exit IDE" with text "Exiting the IDE will terminate parsing"

Bug is:
Exit IDE dialog is not accessible.

This behavior is random. In most cases dialog "Exit IDE" is shown first and "closing native projects..." dialog is showing after closing "Exit IDE".
