Steps to reproduce:
- open Tools | Options
- expand IDE Configuration | Look and Feel |
Workspaces
- select both Editing and Debugging
- in property sheet try to change property
"Toolbar Configuration"
-> Information dialog about impossibility to do it
arise and IllegalArgumentException(attachment) is
logged to log file

User can do the same operation for Editing and for
Debugging separatelly, but not at once.
