Now if a project has some launchers then it's context menu is modified to has "Build As", "Run As" and "Debug As" items in addition to corresponding submenus. In my opinion "As" are redundant in these items, look a bit ugly and do not help users from usability point of view whereas submenus work fine in that situation. So I propose to remove "As" from these items.
