ACTUAL: HTTP-Monitor isn't dark-theme compatible - tables with white background and non-readable icons

EXPECTED: make it dark-theme compatible (remove the hard-coded color and it will be fine IIRC)

I think this issue has been fixed. At least I see no real problem with Dark L&F and HTTP monitor. Icons might be a bit brighter, but they are readable. Tables are all ok.
