1. Create new java project

2. Add new package "Abcd"

3. Select this package and by Ctrl+R invoke Rename dialog and type new name "abcd"

>> Althoug "Abcd" is differ from "abcd" refactor dialog shows incorrect warning "Package "abcd" already exists." and don't allow perform renaming

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
