1. Put caret into any method name
2. From main menu: refactor > change method parameters
3. In "Change method Parameters" press Add
4. Put caret into "Name" textbox and by backspace delete all chars (char by char)

>> whenever last char is deleted textbox is locked and it is impossible to tyke any text in it

IMPORTANT: after deleting last char press backspace again, in the opposite case error doesn't occurs.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
