since nb7.4 the logs get filled up with
MonitorFilter::WARNING: the monitor filter must be the first filter in the chain.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.

I see this warning using:

Apache Tomcat 8.0.27
NetBeans IDE 8.2 (Build 201609300101)

So this still seems like a relevant bug report.
