Build: NetBeans IDE 7.4 (Build 201310111528)
VM: Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM, 23.25-b01, Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment, 1.7.0_25-b17
OS: Windows 8

User Comments:
dbcurtis: I cannot tell what it is doing. No real pattern.
I have been debugging (and it was really slow at some points in that).
But this last one was while editing and after typeing a "." after JFileChooser and waiting for the options to appear.

Frustrating.....

Dan

The on-save task waits for ~14 secs for javac parsing that runs on behalf of code completion to complete. I cannot see any particular reason why the parsing process takes so much time. Please investigate.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
