I cannot reproduce the issue on Mac OS X 10.7.4 with Java 1.7.0_17 on NetBeans 7.4 CPP pack downloaded from the official site.

I'm creating the Welcome sample and trying to do copy/paste code using either keyboard or mouse -> everything works as expected.

If you still experiencing the issue, please, provide detailed steps how can I reproduce it.
