this screen is too difficult for create new file

In This application has not able to create new file in privately .i create new file mean, it need compulsory one new project create and sub folders and files also generate. we need to like the Dreamweaver. in that app has any where to create the new files in any folder or place. but your app has not like user friendly

If any possibilities for this method kindly explain.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
