I am working on a php project with more than 30000 files. If i open one single file and modify it, then right click and click on "run file" (Shift + f6), the entire site is checked for upload (not just my single file). I do not want to upload everything, i just want one file to be uploaded. I know that i can right click on the file and click on upload but i also want to run it. A fix will be appreciated.
What have you set as your "Upload Files"? Verify it in Project Properties dialog (Run Configuration category). It would be great if you could describe your scenario step by step so we are sure that we understand correctly what you want. Thanks for reporting.
@Reporter: It is happening only first time after you create a new remote project, isn't it? I'm not sure why, but you have to upload all files at first time you try to run project. So leave all files checked and click OK, it will upload all files on the server. Next time when you edit just some files, only this files will be checked in dialog. Can you try it? I have found and reported another issue Bug 237253.
