In 7.4 RC2 if you search for help on any of the version control systems, you get hits on pages such as "Using Mercurial" and "Using Git".  On those pages there is supposed to be a link to help on docs.oracle.com but the link is not there.  

For example, this is the content of the Mercurial page:

Using Mercurial

The following file documents the Mercurial version control system.

The generated file is actually the first section of the chapter in nbcsh
