Product Version = NetBeans IDE 7.4 RC1 (Build 201309162201) Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on x86 Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_40 Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 24.0-b56 When I check some folders and one subfolder (Right click to project, selected item = download), another folder on root level was automaticaly uncheck. It seems to be a JDK bug, in the Metal L&F because I cannot reproduce it with GTK L&F. If you then download files, is it OK or not? I guess it is but if not, please reopen this issue and provide exact steps to reproduce. Thanks.
