The system proxy settings are not solved properly on Solaris, because GSettings returns empty list.

Originally fixed in issue 236412, but the fix revealed, that this is separated issue.

System: SunOS version 5.11 running on x86; UTF-8; en_US (nb)

(also verified that there is no regression in proxy detection by gsetting on linux )
