Thread Dump at lockup

Not just find usages is causing this.  Copy and paste sometimes causes it as well.  Running an HTML5 app just locked it up.  Have reinstalled multiple times.  Not seeing anything in message.log.  I have noticed that background threads continue to run in the console window.  Nothing can be clicked and the app says Not Responding.

Verified problem does not exist with 1.7.0_25 or 15 or 1.6.0_51

I do not see anything in thread-dumps ....
