I have a project that is comprised entirely of XML and a Makefile.  I am looking to use NetBeans IDE but cannot find a way to use the added Plugin for XML.  What suggestions do you have for me?  The repository for the project can be found at https://sourceforge.net/p/mingw/mingw-dist/ci/master/tree/ so you have a reference of what I'm looking for.

I've searched using Google with not good results for a remedy of what I want to accomplish.  I've marked this as a task since I don't think it is a bug and I'm not sure it is an enhancement since there may be a method of doing what I need.
