Step: Check Added Update center
Desired result: When unchecking the "Latest Development Build" update center and checking the "new provider" update center, I shoudl see the same plugins.
Actual Result: Empty list, empty count 

This happened only on Mac
Additional Checks done
COpied the URL
Pasted the URL in a Text editor
Removed extra space at the end
Copied the modified URL
And pasted in the Add Provider dialog


Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201309090001)
Operating System = Mac OS X version 10.8.4 running on x86_64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_21
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 23.21-b01
