make use of https://github.com/timboudreau/vl-jung/ to support multiple layouts from the jung library in visual lib scenes.

anebuzelsky: can we start the legal process to include jung + vl-jung in the netbeans distro? both are released under BSD license..

I'm happy to change the license of vl-jung if it will make it easier to get it past the lawyers.  Of course, JUNG is BSD so you have to deal with that anyway, but I know sometimes the licensing rules make no sense :-)

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
