Small but annoying nit about the generic vcs 
wizard/customizer. When you create an environment variable 
by clicking Insert in Environment pane, you can only enter 
the name. You then have to click in the variable value 
column to enter its value. Could we add a field so that 
you could enter the variable value in the same dialog box 
as the name?
