Scenario:
- Create Quote
- Call context menu on "Header Files|cpu.h" node in Projects tab
- Select Rename...
- Type cpu2 and press OK
==> "Rename  cpu" window appears
- Press Refactor in "Rename  cpu" window
==> "failed #include" sign appears

The issue is not reproducible in Netbeans 8.2
