Product Version = NetBeans IDE 7.3 (Build 201306052037)
Operating System = Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_25
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 23.25-b01

I suggest to move the "IDE Log" menu item from the "View" menu to the "Window", "Output" menu. That would seem more logical for me. (For a long time, I didn't even know that the IDE log was accessible from netbeans because I always looked into the window menu)
