Also the popupmenu over Output Window looks wrong. Seen &Copy string.

Priority is changed to P4 (normal).

Why was this ever marked fixed? I do not recall it ever working. (Copying part
of the Output Window, that is.) Anyone, confirmed that it does not in current
dev. Mentioned as a wish on nbusers ("Planed features for next NetBeans
releases" thread).

Mark duplicate if this is filed elsewhere, I did not see any other bug for it.
Also #8819 sounds related, maybe not.

I am not sure what I am to do with this one. We already had the functionality
but once implemented its UI seemed strange. So we started to use "copy whole
text" approach.

We already had this functionality, but UI was hideous so we changed it to recent
"copy all".

Should be resolved by the upcoming new impl of the window.
