It's annoying that javadoc comments look the same as 
ordinary comments.

NEdit (www.nedit.org) shows these in a blue-grey and 
ordinary comments in light-grey.

Makes it easier to spot the javadoc comments, and less 
likely to miss the second * in /**, causing javadoc tools 
(like xdoclet) to miss tags.
