Changes that make the Scala projects visible

I'd like to give good community plugins bigger visibility. Enabling support for Scala or other project types and technologies should be as easy as using "New Project...", selecting Scala Application, confirming the download and waiting few seconds.

I am attaching patch of a prototype which makes this almost real - only the download is missing. But I know that the download part should be easy for Jirka...
