Menu item "Project | Project manager" should ends
with "..." because action open new dialog.

From my point of view, from the menu item is obvious, that there is
going to be displayed new dialog. So, based on the JLF rule:
http://java.sun.com/products/jlf/ed2/book/HIG.Menus.html#40065
"Do not use an ellipsis mark simply to indicate that a secondary or
utility window will appear. For example, choosing Preferences displays
a dialog box; because that display is the entire effect of the
command, however, Preferences is not followed by an ellipsis."
 I would like to close it as invalid. Dirk do you agree?

Jirka, and what about "Setup Wizard" , "Options" ? 
Why this items ends with  ellipsis ? 
It should be consistent !
