See description. The ticket was created based on Michel Graciano suggestion (see https://netbeans.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=230447#c15 for more details). Basically we should shows some kind of UI dialog asking for Java EE version in case if for a certain project our version mechanism fails.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
