When a task has an outgoing (or conflict) status, it's still painted as normal (remotely modified respectively).
I know the information is not directly in the API but i guess you can build the complete status even now:
1) outgoing: status normal & isUncommitted (is under the Uncommitted changes category)
2) conflict: status modified & isUncommitted (is under the Uncommitted changes category)

changing the issue type to ENHANCEMENT, I would like to take care of it in next release.

outgoing status wont be annotated in Tasks (just using uncommitted categories) for now. Conflicts use red foreground.
