If you try to "pin" the NetBeans 7.4 Beta IDE to a particular desktop in OS X (10.8.4), it will still open on all desktops.

Reproduce: you have four desktops, and NetBeans is assigned to desktop(3), you click on NetBeans' dock icon while you are on desktop(2), it will briefly switch to desktop(3), then back to desktop(2) where the application opens.

This functionality is correct in NetBeans 7.3.1
