There are only three useful alternatives, so it is confusing to have two separated boolean properties. Could be made into one three-valued pulldown.

Suggested English text: "Output Tab Behavior", "Controls use of Output Window
tabs when program is executed.", "New tab each time", "Reuse & append", "Clear &
reuse". (Not much space is available for long text in the Property Sheet.)

Fixed in main trunk. Not very important for Boston since there was not a real
bug.
