Javadoc generated by Move method refactoring does not contain @return

Steps to reproduce:
1) have a method without javadoc, which returns something 
2) move it to another place
3) in the dialog select Javadoc: update


-> the javadoc stub is added to the method, but it miss @return tag

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
