I can never find the Navigator tab now that it is labelled with the title "<focus> - Navigator".  I think it should be "Navigator - <focus>" instead, because the <focus> isn't terribly useful and it is inconsistent with "Projects - <focus>"

I am not an UI expert but it sounds reasonable to me. It will be at least consistent with other panels

The pattern for panel name is in Navigator API.
