Shows the indexing while the mode is set to never

I disabled the maven indexing in the maven option. But somehow the index still occures. (BTW I didn't start indexing manually.) - see screenshot

This is very annoying, because it needs hours to download from our internal/external nexus and it downloads >6 Gb to my netbeans cache dir (f.e. c:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\markiewb\Lokale Einstellungen\Anwendungsdaten\NetBeans\Cache\dev\mavenindex\)

EXPECTED: indexing will follow the configured index mode (Never means never)

the options switch is only about updating, the first time around all indexes are downloaded. quite a few features depend on it being there.

it doesn't download 6 GB, the download size is significantly lower, it's the expanded lucene index that is taking up space
