Product Version = NetBeans IDE 7.3.1 (Build 201306052037)
Operating System = Linux version 3.2.0-44-generic running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_11
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 23.6-b04

I have repeated nodes under my project "VirboAutoplot" (http://sarahandjeremy.net/~jbf/netbeans/screenshot.nb.20130703.png)
(Netbeans is also failing to identify two files as one in the same because I have link that makes /mnt/ssdworkspace/jbf/temp/autoplot the 
same as /home/jbf/temp/autoplot, this may be related.)

reassigning to j2se project for evaluation but I believe the symbolik links are at least part of the problem.

please update to latest jdk 7

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
